A letter to my darling you

I want to write to you a letter my darling
To tell you how much I love you and thirst for you like honey
Sending you many kisses like the sands in the ocean
Which reminds me of your face, still bright like the stars in Venus

I want to write to you a letter my darling
To remind you of the mosquitoes that fed on us years ago
At the back of your mother’s when we were courting
To remind you of the battles my father had given you
As you waited at the fence where hot water received your face

I want to write to you a letter my darling
A letter that you will read without opening coz of its sweetness
A letter that will make elephants bow their trunks
And the birds of the air will whistle coz of its greatness

I want to write to you a letter my darling
To let you know that I never eat when am thinking of you
And when I finally go to bed, I cannot sleep because am hungry
To tell you that when I try to eat, I see your image in the food
And when I finally eat, I feel like the food tastes like full scarp

I want to write to you a letter my darling
To tell you that when I see you I feel like I could fly
Your handsomeness would make Mona Lisa turn in her grave
And our love would make Shakespeare rewrite Romeo and Juliet
Leave alone your majestic walk that is like a fattened bull

I want to write to you a letter my darling
But there is something that is stopping me
I want to write to you a letter my darling
I want to, but that something mixed with another
Another that is there and another one that mixes my head, eh!

I want to write to you a letter my darling
But the unfortunate thing is
I do not know how to write
And you, my darling you, can not read.
